I have problems with my order. How can I solve it?

When you place an order on BelgasOnline you receive a purchase confirmation email with your order number. You can send us an email to info@belgasonline.com or call us by phone always indicating your order number. We will help to solve your problem as quickly as possible

How do I buy at Belgas Online?

While browsing through the different product profiles on Belgasonline you will see the “Buy” button so that you can purchase the product you need in our store. You can pay via debit/credit card, Bizum and PayPal.

How can I search for a specific beer on Belgasonline?

We suggest you to use our search engine and make your query by name of the product, brand, etc … If you do not remember the brand of the product you can also search by style of beer or using the descriptions that you will find in “Labels”

What do I do if I receive a broken bottle from the order?

If you see that the box or boxes are broken, beaten or wet, register it on the delivery note handed out by the carrier. Check the content as soon as possible and let us know by e-mail or phone what the problem is so that we can replace the products as soon as possible. Remember: always before 24 hours from the receipt of the order.

How long does it take to get an order from when I make the purchase?

From the moment the payment is confirmed by our part, the order is processed within a maximum period of 72 hours (3 working days). Once collected by the transport agency, it will take between 1 and 2 days to arrive at destination depending on the distance (except in unforeseeable cases or force majeure)

The quality of the beer, especially the aged one.

The vast majority of beers that can be purchased on our website are refermented in the bottle, that is, they have not been subjected to pasteurization or filtration.

It is for this reason that they are never identical even though they are consumed within the preferred consumption dates (expiration date concept is not appliable to them).

In the case of our selection of aged beers that have passed the aforementioned best-before date, they may present nuances that are highly appreciated by beer enthusiasts and which make them different from their younger versions.

Belgasonline guarantees that these beers have been kept in optimal conditions, protected from light and sudden temperature changes. However, we cannot guarantee a 100% identical result, and for that reason we decline any responsibility in its acquisition.

I want to unsubscribe from the Belgasonline database. How can i do it?

It is very simple. Send us an email from the address with which you are registered at Belgasonline to info@belgasonline.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe”. In this way, you will no longer be part of Belgasonline.

¿Do you ship internationally?

Yes. However, there is a weight limit of 40kg per international order. Prices may vary depending on the destination country.
