GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is necessary to be registered on the website to make an order or reservation at BELGASONLINE shop.
All the product orders accepted by BELGASONLINE are being in concordance with the following General Sales Conditions which form a part of a Sale Contract. The acceptance of the products implies the acceptance of below-mentioned General Sales Conditions. These general clauses are valid for any transaction made on our website.

A – PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices reflected on our BELGASONLINE website include VAT.

BELGASONLINE reserves the right to adjust the price of the items without prior notice according to market conditions. The prices published on our portal constitute an offer and therefore an obligation to supply the products at the established price at the time of purchase.

All purchases will be made directly on the BELGASONLINE portal, via electronic payment means that are available on the website at the time of purchase.

B – PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

E – CLAIMS

F – DELIVERY

Shipping will have fixed price of € 5.99 for purchases below € 85 and will be free for purchases above € 85.
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of confirming the order and making the payment.
Orders will be sent by express courier service. The Company ensures that the delivery won’t exceed a period of 72 working hours (from the moment of its collection at the premises of the PRODUCERS, AUTHORS). Shipments are only made for Mainland Spain. In case of specific problems in transport due to external causes, the client will be informed.

G – DELIVERY TIME

The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products. In any case, the order shipment is processed as soon as possible since both parties are interested in a quick transaction.

H – WARRANTY

Our main guarantee is customer’s complete satisfaction with our products, so if once received, it does not meet your expectations or there has simply been an error in the purchase, you will have 7 days to make the return. In above-mentioned cases, BELGASONLINE will refund the amount of the purchase excluding the shipping costs. In order to make the return, it will be an essential requirement that both the product and its packaging are in perfect condition. If the shipment does not arrive in perfect condition or there has been an error on the part of BELGASONLINE, the customer will have the right to request the resend of the product at no additional cost on his/her part, once the product has been returned to our facilities and the incidence has been verified. If the shipment has been damaged during transport, the customer must notify BELGASONLINE of this situation within 24 hours after receiving the package. In this case, BELGASONLINE will initiate the claim procedure with the transport company to replace the damaged merchandise at no additional cost to the customer.

Shipping costs to our facilities caused by possible claims of our products will be borne by the customer. The shipping costs to the customer of possible product changes due to the warranty processing will be borne by BELGASONLINE.

I – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Any damage to the packaging not necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods, beyond the information offered by our company, will be applicable to the customer.
